Xi'an Xiadian Corn Development Industrial Co., Ltd. is one of the key production enterprises in the starch industry in Shaanxi Province. Leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Xi'an city. Covering an area of over 200 acres, the company was founded in 1976 with total assets of 150 million yuan. The company produces 180000 tons of corn starch and 100000 tons of high malt syrup annually.
The designed water volume for this project is 1000 m ³/d, mainly consisting of wastewater from the production of corn starch and high malt syrup.
The processing goal is to meet the standards required by the construction party, using the process route of "anaerobic IC+aerobic biochemistry". The effluent CODcr is ≤ 500mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is ≤ 45mg/L, and the effluent is stable and meets the standard.
