The traditional water supply method relies on the water in the reservoir, which is usually supplied by the tap water network. In this way, the pressurized water enters the reservoir and becomes zero, causing a large amount of energy to be wasted.

The XWG type non negative pressure water supply equipment consists of an intelligent variable frequency control cabinet, a steady flow tank, a water pump unit, instruments, valves and pipelines, a base, etc. It is suitable for all water supply systems that require increased water pressure and constant flow rate.

Installation and debugging

4. After wiring the motor, the rotation direction should be confirmed to ensure consistency with the standard arrow.

Usage and Operation

1. Before using the equipment, the water pump rotor should be turned without friction or jamming.

2. The insulation of the motor detected by the 500V low-voltage shake meter should be above 0.5M.

3. The control instruments and circuits are undamaged.

4. Fully open the inlet valve of the water pump, close the outlet valve, open the exhaust valve of the pump one by one, and close the air valve after the liquid fills the pump chamber.

5. Place the switch in the manual position and jog the water pump with no load. The direction of operation should be consistent with the standard arrow.

6. Manually start and stop each water pump one by one, and check that there are no abnormal phenomena in the operation of the water pumps.

maintenance

1. Before putting the equipment into operation, the system should be cleaned and purged to prevent impurities from entering the pump body and causing equipment damage.

2. The water pump should not operate for a long time with the outlet valve fully closed, nor should it operate at the hump in the performance curve, nor should it run without air. When the shaft seal adopts a disc root seal, a leakage of 10-20 drops/min is allowed.

3. The bearing temperature during operation shall not exceed 75 degrees Celsius.

4. The water pump should lubricate the bearings every 500 hours of operation.

5. Necessary measures should be taken for long-term shutdown of equipment to prevent contamination and corrosion. Antifreezing and insulation measures should be taken for winter shutdown.

6. The operation of equipment should be subject to preliminary discharge based on water quality conditions.
