However, in order to avoid the phenomenon of cavitation in the pump, full attention must be paid to pressure loss, usually using 100-200 mesh coarse metal mesh or recessed metal wire materials. Therefore, it is not a filter that controls the concentration of pollutants in the system.
The core part of the oil filter is the filter element, which consists of a filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is a vulnerable component and requires special protection;
2. After the filter has been working for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities settle in the filter core. At this time, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter core in a timely manner;
3. When cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element not being deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter is installed again, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements, and equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments will be damaged;
If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
