XS type double suction pump structure: The inlet and outlet are on the same straight line, and the same rotor can run in reverse. The support spacing between the two ends of the water pump is short, and the pump runs stably with low vibration and noise. It can also run at an appropriate speed, making the water pump more adaptable to a wider range. The water pump can be equipped with an intermediate bracket, thickened pump body, sealed cooling, and bearing lubrication, making it suitable for operating at temperatures up to 200 ℃, especially for the requirements of heating pipe networks. The pump body can be installed vertically or horizontally according to changes in usage conditions, and mechanical seals or packing seals can be used for sealing.
The main components of XS type double suction pump include pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, bearings, etc. Except for the high-quality carbon steel used for the shaft, most of the others are made of cast iron.
The pump body and pump cover form the working chamber of the impeller, and there are pipe screw holes for installing vacuum and pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet flanges. The lower part of the inlet and outlet flanges has pipe screw holes for discharging water.
The impeller undergoes static balance verification and is fixed with a shaft sleeve and two side shaft sleeve nuts. Its axial position can be adjusted through the shaft sleeve nuts. The axial force of the impeller is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of its blades, and there may be some remaining axial force borne by the coaxial end bearings.
The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings, which are installed in the bearing bodies at both ends of the pump body and lubricated with butter. The double suction sealing ring is used to reduce water leakage from the pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.
The water pump is directly driven by an electric motor through a coupling.
The shaft seal is a soft packing seal. In order to cool and lubricate the sealing chamber and prevent air leakage into the pump, there is a water seal ring between the packing. When the water pump is working, a small amount of high-pressure water flows into the packing chamber through the water seal pipe to provide a water seal.
Material of overcurrent components: The pump casing is made of gray cast iron, ductile iron or cast steel, the impeller is made of gray cast iron, silicon brass or stainless steel, the main shaft is made of stainless steel or high-quality carbon steel, and other materials can also be used according to user requirements.
