　　Installation instructions:
According to the production line equipment, place the machine in a ventilated and dry place.
2. Adjust the foundation and place it steadily to prevent uneven stress on various parts of the machine, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment.
3. The equipment power supply should be equipped with a knife switch (or air switch, etc.) and isolated from the mains power for maintenance purposes. To ensure electrical safety, the equipment should be reliably grounded for protection.
　　No load debugging:
1. Turn on the device power, turn on the fan and heating temperature control device, check if the device is running normally and if there are any abnormal sounds, check if the temperature control and display system is working properly, after debugging, turn off the fan and heating knob, cut off the power program, clean the device, and prepare for normal production.
During normal production, the temperature control meter is usually set to 60 ℃, the heating switch is turned on, and then the fan switch is turned on to start production. The drying time depends on the shape of the production and is generally between 1.5 and 3 hours.
