This tool is a friction hot melt type, which uses high-speed friction to overlap plastic strips and generate heat for bonding. Tightening, bonding, and cutting can be completed in one go, with easy operation to introduce compressed gas into the cylinder piston. The piston is connected to the upper part of the vibrator by a peripheral bolt. The vibrator vibrates back and forth and presses the friction plate together to bond the overlapping part of the cable tie. The air motor rotates at high speed, with a maximum speed of 10000rpm, causing the vibrator to rotate at high speed like a pendulum clock. The lower binding tape is fixed on the bite plate by the triangular teeth of the bottom die; The upper binding strap is bonded due to the intense vibration caused by the triangular teeth of the vibrator, which generates heat through friction with the lower binding strap. The bonding part of the strapping is fused at the interface, and the machine will automatically stop at the point of vibration, marking the end of the bonding process. The upper and lower straps are fixed under high pressure, and at this time, wait a few seconds to ensure sufficient cooling of the bonding area.
