Verification method
·When used in explosive hazardous areas, please pay attention to explosion-proof signs and explosion-proof levels;
·The installation environment of the mechatronic temperature transmitter must be within -20 ℃~70 ℃. When the ambient temperature is too high, the XPZX signal converter and display module can be installed separately from the thermocouple or thermistor. Our factory is equipped with a specialized explosion-proof box for separating and installing transmitters;
·Before powering on, please carefully check the positive and negative polarity of the power supply, and do not connect it incorrectly, otherwise it may cause unknown consequences;
·The XPZX signal converter and display module are encapsulated and cured with epoxy resin to enhance their shock resistance and prevent moisture, corrosion, and dampness‘
·The temperature transmitter needs to be calibrated after six months of use

Equipment requirements: One digital voltmeter, one 0.01 Ω~1K Ω resistor box
250 Ω wire wound precision resistor, one DC 24V stabilized power supply
Connect the wires according to the system connection method
According to the sensor and range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, input the corresponding resistance value to make the output 5V (the zero point potentiometer can be adjusted separately)
Input the resistance values at the ten equal points of the measurement range, and check whether the output of each temperature point meets the accuracy range
Test each item according to the technical instructions in the manual, and it should meet the technical requirements
·Calibration method for thermocouple temperature transmitter
Equipment requirements: 4 digital voltmeters, 1 UJ33a potential difference meter
250 Ω wire wound precision resistor, one DC 24V stabilized power supply
Connect the wires according to the system connection method
According to the sensor and range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, input the corresponding potential to output 1V and 5V respectively (the zero potentiometer and full potentiometer can be adjusted separately)
Input the resistance values at the ten equal points of the measurement range, and check whether the output of each temperature point meets the accuracy range
