The XMJA-8000 series intelligent flow integrator produced by our company adopts self-developed and customized specialized integrated circuits produced by Japanese integrated circuit manufacturers. It not only integrates most of the functions of various regulating instruments in current automatic control systems, but also integrates circuits such as CPU, I/O interface, EPROM, and D/A conversion. With a software system that draws on diverse strengths, carefully compiles, and repeatedly debugs, you can easily handle the production process, like a wingarm finger.
Function
1. Input signals: standard linear signal, P t 100 thermal resistance, frequency signal.
2. Square opening and small signal resection are possible. 8 compensation points and parameters.
3. 4-digit instantaneous flow value display and 6-digit or 9-digit cumulative flow value display.
4. During frequency input, flow accumulation and instantaneous flow display can be performed on ultra-low frequencies.
5. Clear the accumulated traffic value and reset the accumulated traffic value to zero.
6. Programmable quantitative flow calculation, batch and quantitative control.
7. Transmission output: 0-10mA or 4-20mA.
8. Can control instantaneous and cumulative flow output.
9. Two flow signals can be combined in proportion to display instantaneous flow and accumulate flow. The analog output can simultaneously select two channels.
10. Dual flow accumulation control, dual-mode analog transmission. Batch and quantitative control is possible.
11. After the instrument is powered off, the parameters and cumulative flow values can be saved for 200 years.
12. We can provide RS485 asynchronous serial communication with multiple hosts, single host, and no host modes. Communication data verification follows the CRC-16 American data communication standard, with high reliability cycling and barcode verification.
