This metallographic analyzer is an instrument that uses hardware equipment combined with software to perform detailed analysis of a series of metallographic properties such as metallographic structure composition. It can actively grade, automatically grade, and compare metallographic properties. The "Metallographic Inspection Software System" is a computer software system specially developed for units or individuals engaged in metallographic inspection. Its basic principle is to use hardware devices such as video capture cards or digital cameras to collect metallographic images from metallographic microscopes, and then process and analyze the images to obtain relevant inspection results.
