1、 Technical performance:
The XJL-300 drop hammer impact testing machine is suitable for measuring the external impact resistance of various types of pipes (PVC-U water supply pipes, sewage pipes, low-pressure water supply pipes, low-pressure water supply pipes, core foam pipes, electrical pipes, double wall corrugated pipes, PE water supply pipes) and sheets, as well as hard plastic sheets. The product complies with the industry standard JB/T9389 technical conditions for drop hammer impact testing machine and standards GB/T14152, GB/T14153, GB/T6112; Simultaneously satisfying GB/T5836、GB/T10002.1、GB/T10002.3、GB/T13664、GB/T16800、GB/T18477 According to the standard requirements for testing methods.
The characteristics of this machine are as follows:
The machine adopts PLC (see Figure 1) control and text display (see Figure 2) display group.

The automatic conversion speed achieved through the program ensures high accuracy, and the addition of automatic and jog functions makes it easy to zero. The system's power-off memory function enables the same sample operation to be zeroed only once, greatly improving work efficiency.

The 11 sample fixture platform adopts a transmission structure of hand cranked bevel gears and standard lead screws, which is easy to operate, labor-saving, and highly accurate.
