Product Introduction
Siphon type sludge suction machine is used for horizontal sedimentation in sewage treatment plants and water treatment plants to scrape the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the pump suction port. The sludge is then sucked by the pump and discharged outside the tank, which can relieve the pain of cleaning the sludge at the bottom of the tank.
main features
1) This machine adopts a truss structure, which greatly reduces the weight compared to traditional structures. It is processed with hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion technology to ensure that it will not rust for 5 years. The parts that come into contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel, which greatly extends the service life.
2) Small maintenance volume, small power supply, and low operating costs; Reasonable pump selection, smooth and reliable operation.
3) The new transmission mechanism avoids walking errors at both ends.
4) The walking wheels are made of steel wheels, ensuring their service life.
Structural principle
The siphon suction machine consists of a working bridge, suction pipe, discharge pipe, submersible suction pump, drive mechanism, electric control box, track, and up sliding or sliding cable.
This equipment is supported by a four point walking beam spanning across a horizontal sedimentation tank, driven on both sides, with steel rails laid on both sides of the tank. It runs from one end of the tank to the other, sucking mud while walking, hitting the stroke control, turning back to walk, and sucking mud back, completing one work cycle.
install
(1) Precautions
In order to facilitate the normal operation of the suction machine, it is necessary to install the four walking wheels on the two parallel sides of the rectangle. The track steel must be on both sides of the rectangle and on the same horizontal plane.
(2) Installation steps
1. Reserve track steel embedded iron on both sides of the top wall of the horizontal flow pool, one meter per piece, and make bolts and pressure plates on both ends of each embedded iron to firmly press the steel rail.
2. Lift the equipment onto the leveling pool, place the four walking wheels on the steel rails, level them according to the reference line, and verify the installation dimensions.
3. Install sliding cables and electrical appliances, transfer the hanging cables into the steel wire rope with lifting rings, tighten the steel wire rope, and fix it on the columns at both ends. Connect the main cable, power on and adjust the walking situation, install the travel switch and touch block, and install the anti falling car baffle according to the return position.
4. Test drive, run the vehicle without interruption for at least 8 hours after installation, constantly check for any track drops during operation, and stop the vehicle promptly to prevent equipment from falling into the pool.
5. Installation of suction pump: Install the suction pump on the working bridge.
6. Installation of suction and discharge pipes, starting from the inlet of the suction pump and installing pipes and suction nozzles from top to bottom, with a distance of 10-20mm from the suction nozzle to the bottom of the tank. Several suction pumps are combined into one discharge pipe and discharged into the sludge ditch outside the horizontal flow tank.
7. Connect the power supply of the suction pump.
8. After the water inlet test pump runs smoothly, inject water into the pool with a water level 30mm higher than the suction pump head. Turn on the pump while the water inlet is running and observe the discharge of the sludge outlet.
operational management
(1) The stopping position of the suction machine should be at the outlet of the sedimentation tank. Before driving, open the discharge valves of each suction pipe and then move towards the inlet end. When reaching the end of the inlet, it automatically returns to its original position at the outlet and stops as part of the entire suction process.
(2) Pump suction and discharge: mainly composed of a pump, a suction nozzle, and a suction pipe. The sludge in the suction pipe is pumped out of the tank through the outlet pipe of the water pump. The start of sludge suction is manually operated, and the actions of returning and stopping are all completed by the stroke switch on the crane triggered by the touch rod installed on the track. The positioning of the contact rod on the track and the relative position between the travel switches on the train should be determined during installation.
(3) The sedimentation tank should not accumulate mud for too long, as the mud will become quite dense after more than 2 days. When sucking mud, attention should be paid to the discharge of mud. If any blockage is found, stop the vehicle and wait for the drainage pipe to clear before moving forward. After more than 4 days, the mud has accumulated and the suction machine can only be used after stopping and cleaning the bottom of the tank. Otherwise, not only will it be unable to suction mud, but the resistance of the mud will also cause deformation of the frame and damage to the equipment.
(4) If the water surface in the pool freezes, it should only be used after thawing or breaking the ice.
(5) Prevent hard debris such as bricks from falling into the pool, keep the bottom of the pool smooth, and avoid blocking the suction nozzle and causing damage to it
