Product Introduction

This machine integrates mechanics and electronics, using a microcomputer controlled photoelectric tracking and correction system, equipped with high-precision stepper motors, to accurately locate the same position of each packaging bag pattern. The control system completes the synchronization, fixed length, positioning, and speed of the whole machine, and can automatically diagnose faults.

This machine integrates a series of actions such as bag making, counting, filling, synchronous inflation, sealing, cutting easy to tear incisions, hot pressing batch numbers, separable and connectable, and outputting finished products, all of which are automatically completed.

The finished product has a triangular shape, which is novel and unique. (This machine can also be sealed in three sided or back sealed form).

Suitable for packaging of food, chemicals, seasonings, and liquids (such as dried fruits, crispy cakes, QQ candies, and prize cards).
