The main structure of XHK2016 CNC gantry machining center adopts high-precision spindle components, belt type milling heads, and servo motor drive for the spindle; The three-axis system controls the servo motor to drive the ball screw, ensuring the positioning accuracy of the machine tool. The CNC system is KND-K2000M, and the main motor and feed drive motor are matched by the system.
1. The spindle adopts high-speed, high-precision, and high rigidity spindle units, with strong axial and radial bearing capacity and a speed of up to 6000rpm; The tool installation adopts the spindle's built-in claw for pulling the tool, and the pneumatic unloading device is a dedicated cutting cylinder to achieve fast loading and unloading of the tool on the machine. It is recommended to use compressed air for 5‐ 7kgf/cm² The pressure; Handle model MSA403 BT50, zipper model MSA403 BT50-45°.
2. X, Y, Z three-axis servo control, directly connected with ball screw, using Taiwan HIWIN high-precision and high-strength ball screw. The screw installation is pre stretched, with high connection rigidity and high feed speed; The feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw, ensuring the positioning accuracy of the machine tool. The Z-axis is equipped with a nitrogen liquid balance device, ensuring the same driving force for up and down movements.
3. Adopting centralized automatic lubrication device, timed and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication, stable and reliable operation;
4. The electrical system wiring of the machine tool is neat, the structure is reasonable, the electrical box is well sealed, and equipped with a heat exchange system, ensuring a good working environment
