Working principle
Boiling dryer, also known as fluidized bed. It is composed of an air filter, heater, fluidized bed host, star feeder, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and operation console. Due to the different properties of the dry materials, when matching with dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. Both cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected simultaneously, or one of them can be selected. Generally speaking, for drying materials with high specific gravity such as granules and granular materials, only the air separator needs to be selected. For small granular and powdery materials with light specific gravity, a bag filter needs to be matched, and a pneumatic feeding device is available for selection. The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower, where it comes into contact with the solid material through a separating plate, forming a fluidized state and achieving heat and mass exchange between the gas and solid phases. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed through the cyclone dust collector group and bag filter to recover solid powder and then discharged. Steam, electric, and hot air stoves can all be equipped (according to user requirements)
