Working principle of XDZ vibration motor:

XDZ type vibration motor is an electric rotary exciter that integrates the power source and vibration source. It is assembled by a specially designed copper wire package and two sets of eccentric blocks. The vibration motor uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of adjustable eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the rotor shaft to obtain the excitation force.

The XDZ vibration motor only needs to adjust the eccentric blocks on the outer sides of both ends to form a certain angle with the inner eccentric block, and the excitation force can be infinitely adjusted. 9. Installation method: in any direction.

10. Temperature rise: less than 80K (resistance method).

11. Vibration acceleration: not exceeding 7g (g: gravitational acceleration).

Common faults and troubleshooting methods of XDZ vibration motor:

1、 After starting up, if the motor does not start, check:

1. Is there a phase loss in the 380V power supply.

2. Is the motor wiring disconnected.

3. Are the protective covers at both ends deformed and rubbing against the eccentric block.

2、 After starting up, if the motor has loud noise, overheating, etc., it should be checked:

1. Does the roughness of the contact surface between the vibrating machinery and the motor foundation meet the installation requirements.

2. Are the bolts connecting the motor foundation and vibration equipment tightened.

3. Does the vibration acceleration of the host meet the usage requirements.

4. Is the motor bearing lacking lubricating oil.

3、 After adjusting the eccentric block, if the amplitude changes abnormally, the following should be checked:

1. Is the eccentric block at both ends of the shaft evenly and symmetrically adjusted.

2. Is the eccentric block locking bolt fully tightened.

3. Is the rotation direction of the vibration motor appropriate; On a vibration device with two vibration motors working simultaneously, The direction of rotation should be opposite. When the phase rotation does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to adjust the phase sequence of a single vibration motor, and not adjust the phase sequence of the total power supply of two vibration motors.
