3、 Transportation and preparation matters

1The seller is responsible for transporting the machine tool to the designated location of the house. All expenses incurred midway shall be borne by the seller.

2After the machine tool arrives at the buyer's designated location, the unloading cost shall be borne by the buyer, and the seller shall assist in unloading and transporting it to the designated location.

3The buyer needs to prepare items: anti-wear hydraulic oil (one machine)28L）Essential items such as rail oil, cutting fluid, and cables.

3Warranty period:After the acceptance of the machine tool, the machine tool provides12Free one month warranty, free repair service during the warranty period, and timely and effective service.If the repair of the machine tool is not caused by the quality of the machine tool itself, the seller shall charge a service fee.

5After the warranty period expires, services will be providedAfter the warranty period expires, the seller can provide comprehensive and discounted vulnerable repair parts to the buyer for a long time. And the repair parts are provided to the buyer at the seller's procurement cost. If the seller needs to replace it on site, additional labor and travel expenses will be required.

1Acceptance criteria:Acceptance of installation technical requirements standards. Or conduct acceptance according to customer order requirements.

2Install and debug at the buyer's factory for final acceptance, in accordance with national standards（GB/T8771.2-1998）Acceptance of equipment geometry and positional accuracy and processing of standard specimens in accordance with the technical agreement, confirmed by both parties.

3Customers can come to our factory for machine tool acceptance(The cost shall be borne by the buyer themselves).
