
One Overview
The XBME pneumatic pilot sleeve regulating valve consists of a pneumatic diaphragm multi spring actuator and a pilot sleeve valve, with the following characteristics:
1. Its valve body flow channel is linear, with low resistance loss, larger flow capacity than commonly used double seat valves, and a larger adjustable range.
2. There are three rated flow coefficients in the same caliber, each with two flow characteristics, which have strong adaptability. If it is necessary to change the rated flow coefficient or flow characteristics, only one set can be replaced to achieve it; The valve components do not have a threaded fixing structure, making disassembly easy.

The auxiliary valve core designed inside the main valve core plays a leading role; When the valve is opened, the auxiliary valve core opens first, and the upper and lower pressures of the main valve core are basically balanced; But when the valve is closed, the auxiliary valve core first tightly closes, cutting off the leakage channel in the upper chamber of the main valve core. The uneven force of the medium pressure difference acting on the main valve core, combined with the thrust of the actuator, tightly presses the main valve core against the valve seat. Due to the two sealing surfaces being tightly cut off, the leakage level of this type of valve can reach IV to V level; This product is suitable for situations with high temperature, high pressure, high pressure difference, and strict control of leakage.

For example, XBMC-64KE-DN125 refers to a pneumatic pilot operated standard type sleeve regulating valve with a nominal pressure of PN6.4MPa, a pneumatic open type action mode, equipped with a reaction type pneumatic diaphragm multi spring actuator, and an extended valve cover with a nominal diameter of DN125
2. XBMCN 600 # B-DN100 represents a pneumatic pilot operated, low noise anti cavitation structure sleeve regulating valve with a nominal pressure of Class600; The working mode is air tight, equipped with a positive acting pneumatic thin film multi spring actuator bucket, and the upper valve cover is of the hot plate type with a nominal diameter of DN100.
