Product Overview of XBD (I) Fire Pressure Stabilized Pump

The XBD (I) type fire stabilizing pump is a vertical multi-stage fire pump used for transporting clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Mainly used for boosting water supply in fire protection systems, and can also be used for water supply and drainage in factories and mines. The flow rate range for transporting liquids is 5-80L/S, the pressure range is 0.2-2.25Mpa, the matching power range is 1.5-200KW, and the caliber range is φ 50~φ 200m.

The XBD (I) fire pump has the characteristics of energy saving, small footprint, easy installation, and stable performance. The jacket is made of high-quality 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, and the shaft seal is made of wear-resistant mechanical seal, with no leakage and long service life. The pump uses hydraulic balance to solve axial force, resulting in smooth operation, low noise, and better installation conditions than XBD-DL fixed multi-stage fire pumps. It can be easily installed in the middle of any horizontal pipeline.

Characteristics of XBD (I) type fire stabilizing pump product
1. The multi-stage fire pump mechanism is compact, small in size, and aesthetically pleasing in appearance. Its vertical structure determines a small installation area, and its center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, thereby enhancing the operational stability and service life of the pump.
2. The suction and discharge ports of the multi-stage fire pump are both horizontal, simplifying the connection of pipelines.
3. According to the needs, the suction and discharge ports can be installed in the same direction or in several different directions such as 90 °, 180 °, and 270 ° to meet different connection scenarios.
4. The pressure of multi-stage fire pumps can be increased or decreased according to the needs, and the outer diameter of the impeller can be cut to meet the requirements without changing the installation footprint, which is not available in other types of pumps.
5. The rotor of a multi-stage fire pump has a small degree of winding, smooth operation, low vibration, low noise, and long service life.
