The XBD-GDL vertical multi-stage pipeline fire pump is a new generation of medium and low pressure fire pump set product developed by our company based on the XBD-L type according to the new standard requirements of fire pumps. Used for transporting clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Suitable for fire water supply in various occasions such as residential buildings, hotels, office buildings, commercial buildings, factories, hospitals, etc.

3 Application scope of XBD-GDL vertical multi-stage pipeline fire pump

1. The hydraulic model is advanced, efficient, and has a wide range of performance.
2. Vertical structure, small footprint.
3. Using high-quality bearings, it has low vibration, low noise, smooth operation, and is safe and reliable.
4. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter specifications, making it easy to connect pipelines and facilitate loading and unloading.

4 Service conditions for XBD-GDL vertical multi-stage pipeline fire pump

1. The medium used should be similar to water, with a kinematic viscosity of<150mm2/s, no hard particles, and no corrosive properties;
2. The environment where the pump is used has an altitude of less than 1000 meters. If it exceeds this altitude, it should be raised during the order process so that our factory can provide you with more reliable products;
3. Medium usage temperature -15 ℃~120 ℃;
4. System working pressure ≤ 2.5MPa;
5. The ambient temperature should be below 40 ℃ and the relative humidity should be below 95%.

1. The pump is a vertical, multi-stage segmented structure, with the inlet and outlet flanges on the same straight line. The impeller uses hydraulic balance to balance the axial force. There is a guide bearing at the lower end of the pump, and the shaft is fixed to the motor shaft through a clamp coupling. The outer cylinder is made of stainless steel.
2. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal.
3. The pump is driven by a motor, and when viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
4. The pump outlet is equipped with an exhaust valve (nozzle) to ensure that the gas inside the pump can be completely discharged.
5. The impeller can be made of bronze material to avoid rust between the impeller and guide vanes after long-term shutdown.
