Product Overview:
The XBD-GDL series fire pump is a vertical, multi-stage, single suction, and cylindrical centrifugal pump. The following products are designed using modern and excellent hydraulic modes through computer optimization. The product structure is compact, reasonable, and aesthetically pleasing, with significantly improved reliability and efficiency indicators, strictly complying with the latest national standard GB6245-1998 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps".
1. Low noise and smooth operation
The adoption of low-noise bearings, the design of hydraulic components with precise hydraulic characteristics, and the water filled shielding around each section not only reduce flow noise but also operate extremely smoothly;
2. Simple installation and assembly
The inlet and outlet diameters of the pump are the same and on the same straight line, which can be directly installed on the pipeline like a valve; The application of shell type couplings not only simplifies the connection between pumps and motors, but also improves transmission efficiency;
3. No operation jamming phenomenon
The application of copper alloy water guide bearings and stainless steel pump shafts avoids rusting and biting at small clearances, which is very important for fire protection systems;
4. No leakage
Using high-quality mechanical seals to ensure a clean operating environment.
Operating parameters:
Flow rate 1-45L/s
Pressure 0.3-2.5MPa
Temperature below 80 ℃
Medium: Clear water and liquids similar to clear water
The steering direction is clockwise when viewed from the motor end
Scope of use:
The XBD-GDL series pump can be used to transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water that do not contain solid particles below 130 ℃, as well as lightly corrosive liquids.
This series is mainly used for water supply of fixed fire fighting systems (hydrant fire extinguishing system, automatic sprinkler system, water spray fire extinguishing system, etc.) in industrial and civil buildings.
