The XBD-DL vertical sprinkler fire pump is a vertical single suction multi-stage centrifugal pump used for conveying clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Vertical fire pumps are mainly used for boosting water supply in fire protection systems, and can also be used for water supply and drainage in factories and mines. The flow rate range for conveying liquids is 5-80L/S, the pressure range is 0.2-2.25Mpa, the matching power range is 1.5-200KW, and the caliber range is φ 50-200mm. Compared with similar fire pumps, pumps with the same flow rate and pressure specifications have a 30% -50% reduction in volume, which reduces the pump's footprint and space. Its spectral distribution is reasonable, which can adapt well to the fire protection needs of different floor management, meet the design selection, and the product reaches the level. It has the characteristics of small footprint, light weight, excellent performance, and reliable operation. It has high cost-effectiveness and is an ideal product for users to choose fire pumps.

Based on the characteristics of the fire pump itself and our company's situation, the last stage impeller of the pump is open, with low axial force and no mouth ring, which prevents rusting and biting. The multi-stage impeller is closed, with a small number of impellers, and the use of bronze material also reduces the risk of rusting and biting. The pump body and pump cover are made of cast iron material, and the impeller is selected according to user requirements.

The significance of XBD-DL vertical sprinkler fire pump model

The XBD-DL vertical sprinkler fire pump is mainly used for pressurized water supply in fire protection system pipelines. It can also be applied to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure relief water supply, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom, boiler cooling and heating water circulation booster air conditioning refrigeration system water supply and equipment matching, and other occasions.

1. The medium used should be similar to water, with a kinematic viscosity of<150mm2/s, no hard particles, and no corrosive properties;
2. The environment where the pump is used has an altitude of less than 1000 meters. If it exceeds this altitude, it should be raised during the order process so that our factory can provide you with more reliable products;
3. Medium usage temperature -15 ℃~120 ℃;
4. System working pressure ≤ 2.5MPa;
5. The ambient temperature should be below 40 ℃ and the relative humidity should be below 95%.
