Product Overview:
The XBC series diesel engine fire pump set is a new type of fire protection equipment (hereinafter referred to as the equipment) developed by our company in strict accordance with national standards GB6245-98 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps" and NEPA20 "Installation of Centrifugal Fire Pumps" of the American Fire Protection Association. This series of equipment can be divided into three sub series: XBC-IS, XBC-SLOW, XBC-D, etc., according to the fire pump used (single-stage single suction, single-stage double suction, segmental multi-stage). The equipment has a wide range of pressure and flow, and its application can almost meet various situations required for fire protection.
The diesel engines equipped with the equipment are all domestic or imported high-quality products, which have good starting characteristics, strong overload capacity, compact structure, convenient maintenance, simple use, high degree of automation, and are advanced and reliable fire fighting equipment.

The diesel engine fire protection system can be combined with electric pump units, stabilizing pumps, etc. to form an automatic fire water supply system. The working process is described in the introduction of 'Diesel Engine Control System'. The equipment can be connected and controlled with the fire center.
There are two types of water inlet methods for fire pumps: self injection and suction. According to fire safety regulations, the general method is self injection and water intake. If the user needs to suction the water inlet system, special instructions are required so that the company can provide an automatic vacuum water intake device, but the size of the pump unit has been changed.
