The XBD series constant pressure fire pump is a new product developed by our company according to market demand. Its performance and technical conditions comply with the latest national standard GB6245-1998 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps".
The significant feature of the XBD series constant pressure fire pump is that the flow head curve is very flat (with little change in head over the entire flow range, especially not overpressure at low flow rates), which is in line with the performance characteristics of tangent fire pumps and fully meets the usage characteristics of fire protection sites. It solves the problem of large pressure fluctuations during flow changes in the fire water supply process. However, due to the use of a semi open impeller, the leakage rate is smaller than that of an open impeller, so the efficiency is about 3% higher than that of a tangent fire pump with the same performance.
The XBD series constant pressure fire pump adopts the structure of motor extended shaft, which improves the reliability of the pump unit, runs smoothly, and has low noise. The impeller adopts a semi open impeller with no mouth ring, which eliminates the phenomenon of rusting and biting. The impeller is made of copper, aluminum alloy or stainless steel material, and the shaft is made of stainless steel material; The pump unit is equipped with mechanical seals.

Scope of use:
XBD series constant pressure fire pump is mainly suitable for water supply of fixed fire protection systems (hydrant fire extinguishing system, self sprinkler fire extinguishing system and water spray fire extinguishing system) in industrial and civil buildings, especially for high-rise building partition fire water supply system. It can also be used for water supply systems shared by fire protection and daily life (production), as well as various occasions such as building, municipal, industrial and mining, boiler water supply, etc.
