2、 Purpose:

3、 Performance characteristics

4. Adopting imported wide temperature display screen, automatic backlight illumination, and a good human-machine interface with vivid graphics and text, it eliminates the trouble of adjusting contrast and can work in ultra-low temperature and low light environments.

5. Using imported flow sensors, the working flow rate of the sampling pump is automatically monitored, and the power of the sampling pump is automatically adjusted according to the pressure inside the flue, so that the sampling flow rate remains constant.

6. The use of imported pressure sensors and imported electrochemical sensors provides more accurate measurement results. The electrochemical sensing and signal module are integrated, and the replacement of the sensor does not require calibration. It also has temperature and linear compensation and cross interference correction functions to ensure measurement accuracy.

7. It can measure the emission concentrations and converted concentrations of various harmful gases such as SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2, H2S (optional), etc.

8. Equipped with a large rechargeable battery, it can work continuously for more than 8 hours without AC power.

9. Equipped with a handheld flue gas pre processor, it can perform dust removal, dehydration and other treatments on the flue gas to ensure long-term measurement accuracy.

10. Adopting a combination of imported flue gas diaphragm sampling pump and electronic flowmeter to achieve adjustable flow rate and constant current sampling.

11. It integrates the measurement of various gas, smoke temperature, flow rate, smoke flow rate and other operating parameters, making it versatile.

12. Equipped with a visual front plug-in high-efficiency gas water separator that can be disassembled separately, effectively filtering out the impact of water and gas on pipeline and flue gas measurement results.

13. Linear calibration of various parameters of the instrument can be directly performed through a waterproof keyboard. Password input is required for instrument maintenance and calibration to ensure the safety of instrument parameters.

14. Real time display of direct reading parameters such as dynamic pressure, static pressure, temperature, smoke temperature, flow rate, flow rate, etc., and automatic measurement of atmospheric pressure.

15. The host adopts a high-performance microcontroller embedded structure and a microcomputer data direct reading software design for querying, printing, and automatic storage of sampled data. The sampling results can be directly printed through the RS232 interface, or exported using a USB flash drive for computer storage or printing. The instrument host can automatically recognize the size of the USB flash drive for convenient data storage.
