2、 Purpose:
The XA-100W intelligent air microbial sampler is a multifunctional sampling instrument that integrates microbial sampling, TSP/PM10/PM2.5 particulate matter sampling, and other functions. It is equipped with an internationally recognized six level Anderson cutter to achieve sampling and monitoring of air microorganisms. By selecting the TSP/PM10/PM2.5 particle cutter, particle sample sampling can be achieved, which is widely used in fields such as medical and health, disease control, clean laboratories, food and drug, scientific research and teaching, public environmental health, and environmental monitoring.
3、 Performance characteristics
1. Featuring small size, light weight, low noise, high level of intelligence, stable flow rate, reliable operation, built-in heater, illustrated text, and integrated collection of microorganisms and particulate matter.
2. Adopting imported wide temperature OLED display screen, with a good human-machine interface and vivid graphics, easy operation, and user-friendly Chinese graphic display, it can work in ultra-low temperature environments.
3. It has multiple sampling methods such as simultaneous sampling, individual sampling, multiple sampling, alternate day sampling, and cyclic sampling, effectively preventing sampling personnel from being exposed to microbial space for a long time.
4. Adopting imported brushless motor vacuum pump, it has high reliability for long-term continuous operation, low noise, long service life, and a fault free operation time of more than 20000 hours.
5. Real time clock, with various sampling methods such as timed sampling, interval sampling, multiple sampling, and cyclic sampling, available for users to choose from.
6. Automatically save data during power outages, automatically restore sampling during incoming calls, deduct power outage time during the sampling process, and allow users to query power outage time.
7. The sampler is designed with an automatic save function, which will be prioritized for use the next time it is turned on. Automatic fault protection function, if the set flow rate is not reached within the specified time, automatic shutdown protection will be implemented.
8. The instrument is a dual-purpose AC/DC type, equipped with a built-in large capacity imported lithium battery cell, which can work continuously for a long time without AC power supply
9. Optional Anderson Level 2, Level 6, Level 8 cutters and impact absorption bottles, with a sampling flow rate of 28.3L/min;
10. Automatic flow control, embedded software design, automatic calculation of sampling volume, automatic memory of sampling data, priority use for next boot, achieving one click sampling.
11. The optional TSP, PM10, PM2.5, and PM1 integrated cutters are made of aluminum alloy material with anti-static adsorption and have been verified by the Environmental and Health Product Safety Institute of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
12. Display multiple parameters including standard time, delay time, sampling time, sampling frequency, cumulative flow rate, instantaneous flow rate, atmospheric pressure, etc.
13. Users can calibrate the instrument through the keyboard, and maintenance requires a password to enter, ensuring the security of instrument data and preventing easy modification errors. It also provides the function of restoring factory settings.
14. Data printing can be done by selecting a micro printer through the RS232 interface, and it can also be exported through a USB flash drive with the host automatically recognizing the capacity of the USB flash drive.
