Working principle
low-powerXThe radiation excitation of the X-ray tube is the fluorescence radiation of the analyzed sample atoms. The radiation beam emitted by the sample is fed into the analysis crystal. Fluorescence radiation of sulfur(SKα)Reflected at a fixed angle and detected by a gas proportional counter. The radiation intensity is directly proportional to the sulfur content in the sample.
The obtained data is collected and processed by an integrated computer. The results can be output on the device screen or printed through an internal printer.
Ø characteristic
Ø Determination range of sulfur–accessible 3 ppm;
Ø Very lowDetection limit – 1 ppm;
Ø high-performance – Each sample detection only requires3minute;
Ø By using high apertureXRay optical circuit, which can achieveHigh reproducibility;
Ø two kindsMeasurement mode:
- vacuum chamber-Sample analysis is conducted in an air environment, while the optical path is in a vacuum (without the need for expensive helium gas);
- Helium blowing- Fully compliantASTMStandard;
Ø Touch ScreenUser friendly interface;
Ø built-inControl and processingCalculator;
Ø Can be inbuilt-inprinterPrint the report;
Ø useconvenient, OperationReliable;
Ø preventThe sample leaked inside the analyzer;
Ø Automatically compensate for the impact of other elements and reduceAnalysis error.

Ø software
The analyzer can be controlled and operated through the touch screen, and measurement results can also be output. The software has an English interface.
ASW-2Software functions:
- Select or create a new operator;
- Select measurement mode;
- Select or set the main parameters of the instrument;
- Check the relative measurement error of counting rate and contrast;
- Print measurement reports or spectra;
- Analyze samples with unknown sulfur content.
