The flow rate is proportional to the driving speed, and the displacement can be infinitely adjusted. The output flow increases as the tilt angle of the inclined plate changes from zero to its maximum value. Changing the inclination angle of the inclined plate through the centerline can smoothly alter the flow direction of the flow. The appropriate matching range of control and regulation devices provides conditions for various control and regulation functions. A pair of bidirectional relief valves are installed in the pump to protect the high-pressure oil side of the hydraulic transmission from overload. These valves also serve as pressure boosting inlet valves. In standard variable displacement pumps, the A4V pump provides an auxiliary pump that acts as a booster and pilot pump. There is also an overflow valve installed to limit the maximum pressure of the boosting circuit. As a standard, it is recommended to filter the suction pipe of the booster pump. If necessary, oil filters can be installed on both sides of the pressure pipeline in the boosting circuit for filtration. The A4V type variable displacement pump also offers through shaft transmission, which can be supplemented by installing a gear pump as a booster pump (for installing oil leakage greater than 70% of the output flow of the auxiliary pump), or installing an A10V type variable displacement pump, which may be used to drive a separate circuit.

a. During trial operation, the pump body must be filled with oil and maintained in a full state during operation.
b. To reduce noise, it is recommended to use flexible components and oil tank isolation for all connecting pipelines.
c. When the hydraulic pump operates continuously at rated pressure or peak pressure, auxiliary devices should be used to cool the oil to ensure that the oil temperature does not exceed the specified range, and the temperature at any point in the oil circuit must not exceed 115 ℃.
