1. PARKER plunger pumps can be made or installed with flanges to ensure stability, rigidity, and absorption of vibrations
2. PARKAR oil pump can be installed in any direction, and the transmission shaft of the pump and the output shaft of the motor must ensure their concentricity and have errors in jumping order; Allowable deviation of perpendicularity between the pump shaft installation hole and the flange installation end face
Special attention should be paid to not applying radial cargo axial loads on the pump shaft. The word order should be rigidly connected. It is recommended to purchase elastic connectors between the Parker plunger pump and the click drive shaft for connection.
3. The suction resistance of PARKER oil pump should not be too high, as the second party may experience gas turbidity. The plunger pump allows suction of a vacuum degree of 110mm mercury column. The installation should be as close as possible to the fuel tank, and the distance from the center height of the Parker plunger pump to the liquid level should not exceed 500mm. To prevent the inhalation of dirt and impurities, a filter with a filtration accuracy of 100-150 μ m should be installed after oil suction deduction, and its rated flow rate should not be less than twice the flow rate of the Parker plunger pump.
4. The flange and joint at the inlet of the PARKER plunger pump must be strictly sealed to prevent air leakage, otherwise it will cause noise, system vibration, and generate a large number of bubbles in the fuel tank, reducing the service life of the PARKER plunger pump.
5. The diameter of the suction pipe of PARKER plunger pump should not be less than the inlet diameter of the pump, and an additional bend joint is allowed in the suction pipe
6. There should be a partition inside to separate the bubbles and pollutants brought by the return oil. The oil return pipe and oil discharge pipe should be below the oil level to prevent air bubbles caused by splashing of return oil
7. The pressure inside the plunger pump housing shall not exceed 0.20Mpa, and it is required that the oil discharge pipe shall not be connected to other return pipes. The return oil tank shall be disconnected, and the oil discharge resistance shall not exceed 0.03Mpa.
