Especially for online monitoring of dust concentration in TRT power generation gas pipelines, it plays an important role in real-time monitoring whether the dust in the gas pipelines meets the requirementsThe requirement of TRT power generation ensures that the wind turbine is not worn out. This device has high sensitivity, accurate and timely signals, and the sensor can directly output 4-20mA (switch value or RS485 communication, Modbus RTU protocol, HART protocol), reducing signal interference during transmission and becoming a practical dust online monitoring device for various industrial enterprises.

2、 Working principle

GLT-F seriesWorkshop dust detectorMeasure the electrostatic induction of dust particles passing through a fixed probe. Dust particles and probes induce static charges, which are amplified by the probe and transmitted to the monitoring and control system. The size of static charge is proportional to the flow rate of dust particles. The high-tech electronic circuit of this system converts this part of the charge into a control signal output, activates the dust over limit emission alarm, and is used to continuously record the total amount or concentration of dust particles.

The GLT-F series dust detector provides current AC coupling technology. This is a modern, precise and stable monitoring technology, particularly suitable for continuous emission recording and data accumulation. The working principle of this monitoring system is to use the charge induction generated by the flow of dust particles around the probe to confirm the online emission amount (mg/sec) or emission concentration (mg/m3) of dust particles. Under relatively stable combustion conditions (i.e. at the same emission point, there is no significant change in flow rate, temperature, pressure, humidity, and particulate properties of smoke particles, with a variation of less than ± 90%), this system can also be used for online monitoring of emission concentration (unit=mg/m ³) after direct calibration.

3、 Product Features

1. Adopting advanced practical technology - improved AC coupling technology, it has high sensitivity and good linearity for dust detection. Dust contamination of the probe does not affect the measurement sensitivity and is maintenance free and cleaning free.

2. Standard two-wire 4-20mA current output (other output methods can be customized), strong anti-interference ability, easy long-distance signal transmission, no special requirements for signal transmission wires, linear relationship between output current and dust concentration, convenient for subsequent PLC data processing.

3. The integrated transmitter output 4-20mA current in the junction box is electrically isolated from the dust sensing probe to achieve safe signal transmission.

4. The product has an integrated structure, and the measuring electrodes are made of imported protective materials, which improves the ability to withstand high temperatures, corrosion, and adhesion, reduces cleaning and maintenance, extends the service life, and improves product quality.

5. The main body of the sensor is designed with airtight connectors to prevent the leakage of the measured gas and the outward impact and extrusion of the measuring electrode due to pressure, ensuring the safety of the transmitter and personnel.

7、 Installation and precautions

explain:

(1) Our company selects dust detectors that meet the on-site technical requirements for customers based on the measured pipe diameter size, and provides M27 × 2 installation bases. The insertion length of the sensor should be 1/3-2/3 of the measured pipe diameter.

(2) It is best to install the dust detector on a vertical pipeline, at a distance of more than 5 times the diameter of the valve or elbow. When sampling in a horizontal pipeline, it should not be installed at the bottom. For a gas dust removal system that operates in parallel with multiple enclosures, a hole (with a diameter of 32mm) should be opened in the pipeline before entering the clean gas main pipe at the outlet of the tested dust removal enclosure. The base interface end of the fixed sensor should be vertically welded to the top of the horizontal pipeline with a longer straight pipe section.

(3) The installation base is used to fix the dust detector, and the opening size is φ 32 ± 2mm. The opening position should be away from the valve and elbow. There should be a platform near the installation location for easy debugging and maintenance.

(4) Add a copper pad between the dust detector and the base, and connect them with threads to prevent toxic gas leakage inside the pipe.

(5) The sensor junction box is rainproof, and the signal cable is directly connected to the wiring terminal inside the box through the threading hole on the junction box. Then, the sealing rubber ring is pressed tightly, and if necessary, the shell threading hole needs to be wrapped and sealed with waterproof tape. The external cable should be fixed nearby to prevent wind and rain from swinging back and forth, which may cause mechanical damage to the transmission wire or rainwater entering the transmitter.

(6) During installation, it is strictly prohibited to use raw material tape to wrap around the bottom of the equipment for installation, otherwise it will affect the grounding effect of the equipment.

(7) Avoid wiping the probe too vigorously with a dry cloth. If wiping is necessary, use a damp cloth instead of water or organic solvents.

(8) Stay away from strong electromagnetic fields. If it is necessary to pass through a strong electromagnetic field, a metal sleeve should be used to cover the probe.

(9) After installation, try not to move the device casually to avoid collision and affecting use during movement.

(10) This device requires 24V power supply.

(11) Please use 0.75mm2-1.5mm2 ordinary twisted pair cables for transmission wires (in environments with particularly strong interference, please use shielded twin core cables RVVP2 * 0.75- RVVP2 * 1.5, and ground the shielding layer well).

8、 Usage and maintenance

1. After installing the product, users need to adjust the equipment through or according to our personnel's telephone guidance. Please do not adjust the equipment without the guidance of our personnel.

2. The process of on-site equipment adjustment: Determine the installation status of the equipment (cables, wiring, installation openings, distribution isolators, etc.), determine the zero position of the equipment, determine the equipment parameters, determine the blowback (or large signal testing) situation, and if necessary, contact our technical personnel.

3. When this product is used normally, only the sensor needs to be removed and the probe wiped regularly (3-6 months), and no further maintenance work is required.
