Product Introduction
At present, there is no effective and accurate method or related technology for temperature warning of T-shaped cable connectors inside the ring main unit. This is mainly due to the fully enclosed, high-temperature resistant, and insulated characteristics of the cable T-shaped connector, and traditional contact temperature measurement cannot effectively measure accurate temperature. Our company has independently developed a passive wireless temperature rise monitoring device based on the principle of electric field space power extraction, which is mainly used for temperature rise monitoring of cable T-joints in ring main units. This device consists of a passive wireless temperature sensor and a wireless temperature concentrator. The temperature sensor is built into the insulation plug of the ring main unit accessory and is directly connected to the hot spot.

It can receive, upload, manage, and forward data from temperature sensors within its range, facilitating on-site inspections and identifying potential safety hazards. According to the temperature measurement requirements, embedded installation can be carried out on each switchgear, distribution cabinet, cable junction box and other equipment, and RS485 short distance communication and NB-IoT.4G long-distance wireless communication can be used. A single host can control 3-256 points.

Built in wireless temperature sensor

Compared to traditional external and internal temperature sensors, this product directly monitors the temperature inside the cable plug. It uses electric field space energy supply and Zigbee wireless data transmission technology, which can directly replace the original plug without adding any additional components except for the host, truly achieving installation free, debugging free, and maintenance free.
