S8120X Mechanical High Voltage Test Stand

Equipped with a mechanical power frequency high voltage test bench, it adopts advanced technology from both domestic and foreign sources for production. The TDGz series contact type high-power regulator, which is the first of its kind in China, is used as an automatic voltage regulator that can be continuously calibrated. This device has excellent performance, strong anti-interference ability, high detection accuracy, small waveform distortion, small size, light weight, high power consumption below 10% of the rated value, and can withstand 15 times the normal overload current for 200ms.
All technical indicators comply with the IEC60 and GB3048.8 standards for AC testing of wires and cables. It is an ideal cable withstand voltage testing equipment.

1、 Scope of application

6、 How to verify the insulation withstand voltage level during finished product testing

1. Observe the high-voltage voltmeter. If the pointer of the voltmeter points to the specified test value and there is no oscillation, it is normal.

2. At the same time, observe the high-voltage test ammeter, and it is normal if there is no swing when the pointer points to 0-5A.

3. If there is no indication (voltage cannot rise) on the high-voltage meter, or if the needle suddenly returns to zero before the set time after the voltage has risen to the specified value, it indicates that the insulation level of the wire is low and has been broken down.

4. If the pointer of the high-voltage ammeter swings to the end and the current is infinite, it also indicates a short circuit between the lines and the test line has been broken down.

5. Overcurrent and high voltage judgment: Based on the length of the tested wire, the thickness of the wire, the size of the wire capacity, and the degree of insulation, corresponding current settings are made. During the experiment, if the current relay operates, rings, and the breakdown light is on, it also indicates that the insulation of the wire has been broken down.

7、 Precautions
