The operator of the airflow screening machine must strictly follow the requirements of the product manual and use the equipment correctly. Carry out daily maintenance work such as cleaning, lubrication, fastening, and corrosion prevention of equipment, so that the equipment is regularly maintained in a clean, high-performance, safe, and reliable state both inside and outside. The electrical control box should be kept clean to prevent dust from falling into the control box, causing electrical components to malfunction or short circuit. Regularly check whether the grounding wire is in good condition and whether the cable connection between the equipment and the power switch is good. If there is aging, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The main unit, motor, and fan of the air flow screen should be inspected once a year, and an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be added to remove dust from the motor. The vibration exciter of the screening machine equipped with an exciter must be maintained once or twice a year, with lubricating oil added and connecting bolts tightened during each maintenance.

1. This machine is not suitable for screening materials with viscosity, moisture content greater than 5%, and flammable and explosive materials.
2. The larger the mesh size of the screened material, the lower the corresponding output of the airflow screening machine of the same model.
3. The screening standard mesh material should account for about 85% of the total material.
4. This machine can only screen out one type of material at a time. If multiple types of materials need to be obtained simultaneously, multiple machines need to be connected.
5. When replacing the mesh of the air flow screen, it is necessary to ensure uniform tension. When fixing the wire ropes at both ends, the mesh should be adjusted while tightening.
