1、 Preparation before sewage enters the pool
1. According to the scheduling instructions, promptly activate the devices specified in the instructions.
2. Open the gate opener. If using electricity to close it, the handle must be disconnected from the rotating shaft. If using manual labor, turn off the power and insert the handle to shake it.
3. When the gate opening and closing machine is opened and closed, it should be used while waiting for the machine to stop before leaving. It is not allowed to leave immediately after being put into operation.
4. When opening the rotating grille, it should be strictly followed according to the requirements for using the rotating grille, and the machine should be observed for ten minutes to check for any abnormal conditions before leaving. It is strictly forbidden to leave immediately after putting it into operation.
5. The water pump can only be started when the water level in the pool reaches the specified elevation in the process, and it should be obtained from the on duty dispatch according to the water level situation in the pool.
2、 Start and operate
1. Open the inlet and outlet gates of the switching well according to the scheduling instructions, and close all other gates.
Before starting the water pump, clean water should be injected into the connecting pipe on the packing box to lubricate the rubber bearings. After the pump has discharged water, it can be turned down. If there are water droplets, it is advisable to check the oil level at the pump bearing position to ensure smooth water and oil flow in all areas.
Before starting the water pump, check that all connecting parts are not loose. Rotate the coupling by hand to see if it is flexible and if there is any noise inside the pump.
When starting the water pump, no one is allowed to stand next to the machine. After starting, the machine should be observed for at least five minutes to check the equipment condition. If there are abnormal vibrations, sounds, or abnormal water discharge, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. It is not allowed to leave the pump immediately after it is put into operation.
During the operation of the water pump, the following precautions should be taken:
(1) Check if all instruments are working properly and stably, paying special attention to whether the ammeter exceeds the rated current of the motor. If the current is too high or too low, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
(2) Check if the flow rate of the water pump is normal, inspect the water flow in the outlet pipe, estimate the running time of the water pump based on changes in the water level of the pool, and promptly communicate with the dispatcher.
(3) Check if the pressure plate of the water pump packing is heating up and if the dripping is normal, at least eight times per shift.
(4) Pay attention to the sound and vibration of the unit.
(5) Check the temperature rise of the bearing motor. If any abnormalities are found, stop the machine immediately and notify the on duty dispatcher.
(6) Check if the grille and water inlet are blocked, and if the water level is too low.
6. The water pump motor is generally allowed to start continuously six times in a cold state, with a minimum interval of fifteen minutes between each start.
3、 Shutdown
1. If the process requirements are met or scheduling instructions are accepted, the machine should be stopped immediately, the gate should be closed, and after the machine is stopped, the equipment used should be cleaned and the surrounding area should be cleaned.
After shutting down during the freezing season, the accumulated water in the pump should be drained to avoid damaging the parts.
3. The standby pump should rotate the pump shaft 180 ° by hand every week, and pay attention to the oil level mark at the bearing, and add oil in a timely manner.
4、 Use of maintenance pumps, submersible pumps, and ventilation fans
1. The maintenance pump should be turned on according to the regulations of the production department, and kept clean and intact when not in use.
2. The submersible pump should pay attention to the water level in the pool, and should be turned on immediately. People should not leave the machine, and the pool should be stopped once it is clean.
3. The ventilation fan should be opened and closed according to the operator's operating experience.
5、 Handling of equipment accidents
If any abnormal situation is found in the equipment, it should be immediately shut down, reported to the dispatch, and recorded in the duty log book.
