4. Achieve the required size and broken rice rate, and strive to expand the import board until the load operation UPS.

5. Regularly clean the outlet of the rice mill machine to keep it unobstructed.

7. Check the condition of the belt, screws, bearing temperature, and lubrication during regular operation. Once an abnormal sound is detected in the rice mill, immediately stop the machine and check it instead of letting it continue working.

8. The filter should be installed in the flow box to filter and remove debris such as stones, in order to avoid damaging the rice milling machinery and ensure the safety of the operator.

9. In order to achieve good results in rice processing equipment, operators can increase the flow rate and speed of rice milling equipment, and increase the density of particles during the rice processing. However, it should also be noted that the speed should not be too high, otherwise it will lead to an increase in broken rice, uneven peeling of rice, and even blockage of rice processing equipment.

10. Make sure all the rice is ground before cutting off the power.

11. Carefully inspect the machine after the equipment has finished working. In order to extend the lifespan of the machine and have good operating experience, please pay attention to cleaning and maintenance after six months.
