1. Cleaning and hygiene: During the testing process, it is inevitable to generate some dust, such as oxide scale, metal debris, etc. If not cleaned in time, it will not only cause wear and scratches on the surface of certain parts, but more importantly, if these dust enter the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, it will cause serious consequences such as blocking valve holes and scratching the surface of the piston. Therefore, cleaning after each use is crucial, and it is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the testing machine;

2. Complete the corresponding test with appropriate fixtures, otherwise not only will the test not be successful, but it will also damage the fixtures: the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is usually equipped with fixtures for making standardized samples. If non-standard samples are to be made, such as steel strands, overlapped steel precision, etc., it is necessary to add appropriate fixtures; There are also some superhard materials, such as spring steel, that require the use of special material clamps, otherwise the fixtures will be damaged;

Hydraulic oil: It is necessary to regularly check the oil tank level and replenish the oil in a timely manner; Normally, the oil should be changed every 2000 to 4000 hours of use; But the most important thing is that the oil temperature must not exceed 70 ℃, and the cooling system must be turned on when the oil temperature exceeds 60 ℃;

4. Filter: For filters without a blockage indicator, they usually need to be replaced every 6 months. Regarding filters with blockage indicators, continuous monitoring is necessary, and they must be replaced immediately when the indicator alarms;

5. Energy storage device: Some electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machines are equipped with an energy storage device, which must ensure that the pressure of the energy storage device is in normal working condition. If the pressure is found to be insufficient, it is necessary to immediately make up for the pressure; Only nitrogen gas is allowed to be charged into the accumulator;

6. Regular inspection of components: All pressure control valves, flow control valves, pump regulators, as well as signal equipment such as pressure relays, travel switches, and thermal relays must be inspected regularly;

7. Coolers: The scale of air-cooled coolers should be regularly cleaned up; When selecting water-cooled pipes, it is necessary to regularly investigate whether there are any signs of breakage or leakage in the cooling copper pipes;

8. Lubricating oil: The screw and transmission parts of the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine should be regularly coated with lubricating oil to avoid dry conflicts;

9. The fasteners of the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine should be locked regularly: the oscillation after the sample is pulled off often causes some fasteners to loosen, so it is necessary to conduct regular inspections (about thirty task days of normal use) to avoid major losses caused by loose fasteners.
