Spray sterilization pot is a type of pot that injects a small amount of process water to a predetermined position (without soaking the product), and then injects the water into the spray pipeline through a circulation pump, filter, and heat exchanger. Then, the hot water is sprayed into an atomized form through a spray nozzle onto the surface of the food. The heat distribution inside the pot is uniform and there are no dead corners for sterilization. Water is heated and cooled through a heat exchanger, with rapid heating and cooling rates, which can stably sterilize the product.
