1. The processing of welded ball grid frame members should strictly control the geometric dimensions, with an allowable error of ± 1mm. If the members cannot be installed, the cause should be identified and arbitrary pipe cutting is not allowed.
2. The dimensions of small and medium assembly molds must meet high-precision requirements, and deviations are allowed according to the steel structure construction acceptance specifications to avoid cumulative errors that may affect the overall installation quality.
3. The welding of the welded ball grid material should undergo welding process testing, and only after passing the test can a large amount of welding be allowed. The butt weld of the ball tube and the pull rod according to the design requirements must be fully welded; The quality of hollow balls should be randomly inspected; During installation, the elevation of the axis line should be rechecked.
4. Welding ball grid frame members and small assembly units should be painted with 1-2 degrees of topcoat before final assembly to reduce high-altitude operations. Brush twice after the grid is completed. For parts damaged by welding, installation, or oil stains, they should be sandblasted and then coated with primer and topcoat. The type, performance, and coating layer thickness of the paint should meet the design requirements.
