The Weimeng robotic arm includes an integrated control, a smaller overall size, and a longer Z-stroke (up to 2000 millimeters). The W808 can handle a maximum payload of 3 kilograms and is designed for injection molding machines with a clamping force of 150 tons. Machines like W808 are particularly suitable for shorter molding cycle times and have high dynamic servo drives for all three or five axes. It is equipped with a fixed kick stroke design with a coverage range of 600 millimeters. The W808 can be horizontally drawn in lengths of 1250, 1500, or 2000 millimeters and vertically drawn in lengths of 600, 800, or 1000 millimeters. W808 can also be equipped with an additional vacuum gripper circuit.

The vertical arms of the W818 and W818T model robots are rigid, but the lightweight rib reinforced aluminum profiles are driven by servo motors through belts, thereby reducing the mass of movement.
You can also choose to use the dual arm option, which has an additional servo driven longitudinal arm and air claw fingers to remove from the 3-plate mold runner.
