S6 JAGUAR has unparalleled analytical flexibility: a direct excitation power of 400 W enables excellent measurement sensitivity for all elements. When measuring light elements, full power operation can be achieved at 30 kV; When measuring heavy elements, it can operate at full power at 50 kV.
