Working principle

Electrolytic water method.

Nitrogen with a certain humidity flows on one side of the material, while dry nitrogen (carrier gas) flows at a fixed flow rate on the other side; The humidity difference on both sides of the sample drives water vapor to permeate from the high humidity side to the low humidity side of the sample; The permeated water vapor is carried by the flowing dry nitrogen gas (carrier gas) to the electrolytic micro water sensor; The sensor electrolyzes all the moisture in the carrier gas, measures the absolute water content, and calculates parameters such as the water vapor transmission rate of the sample.
