working principle:
Reverse osmosis water treatment technology is currently the mainstream water treatment technology, which applies natural water pressure on the inlet side for natural infiltration. The concentrated solution in the inlet water is purified by infiltration into a dilute solution. The precision filtration device of reverse osmosis can filter most organic matter molecules greater than 100, allowing only water molecules to pass through to complete the purification. It is widely used in various production environments. Using this equipment before water undergoes ion exchange can greatly save resources, reduce wastewater discharge, and be environmentally friendly and energy-saving.

Basic principles of reverse osmosis:
When pure water and saltwater, two different types of water, pass through half of the permeable membrane, the lower concentration pure water will permeate towards the saltwater side, resulting in an equilibrium liquid level difference called "osmotic pressure". If sufficient pressure is applied on one side of the saltwater to disrupt the equilibrium liquid level pressure, pure water will flow in the opposite direction, and this phenomenon is called reverse osmosis.
matters needing attention:
1: In the daily production process of equipment, special attention should be paid to the pre-treatment device for raw water. If there is a problem with the pre-treatment device, it will block the precision filtration system of reverse osmosis.
2: When replacing accessories, most accessories can be directly removed and replaced. For some more precise equipment accessories such as reverse osmosis precision filter accessories, they must be replaced by professional technicians. Remember not to replace them privately to avoid damaging the equipment.
3: Due to the high requirements of equipment for suspended solids in raw water, a water quality should be selected to regularly detect the pollution caused by suspended solids in the equipment.
4: When pre treating raw water, the temperature of the water should also be considered. The permeability of reverse osmosis membranes increases with the temperature of the water, but it is not necessarily the case that the higher the temperature, the better. Generally, the temperature should be controlled between 20-40 degrees Celsius, and composite reverse osmosis membranes should be controlled between 5-45 degrees Celsius.
5: The raw water supply to the equipment should be timely and uninterrupted, as the equipment is a product that relies on water pressure. Therefore, if there is a shortage of raw water supply, it will cause a slight pressure shock to the equipment. Although this shock is small, prolonged use of this situation can cause damage to the equipment.
Daily maintenance and cleaning methods:
There are three main methods for cleaning equipment during daily maintenance
1: Online cleaning
This cleaning method is relatively simple, but the cleaning effect is poor, making it suitable for use in large equipment.
2: Offline cleaning
When cleaning offline, remove the reverse osmosis membrane components from the equipment and place them in a dedicated cleaning device for cleaning. However, each cleaning time is longer and the quantity is smaller, but the cleaning effect is obvious and thorough. This cleaning method is mainly used when the equipment is heavily contaminated and online cleaning does not have a significant effect.
3: EDI cleaning method
After running for a long time, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the EDI module of the equipment.
