Working principle of waste heat regeneration adsorption dryer:
The high-temperature compressed air discharged from the air compressor has two properties: heat and high unsaturation. The waste heat regeneration adsorption dryer effectively uses this raw compressed air to heat and regenerate the adsorbent, saving the power consumption of the electric heater required by the micro heat suction dryer series and eliminating the gas consumption in this stage. After the heating and regeneration are completed, the raw compressed air directly enters the water cooler for cooling and then enters the adsorption tower for adsorption to obtain dry finished gas. At the same time, we take 3% of the finished gas to cold blow regenerate the already heated adsorbent. After the cold blow is completed, the dual tower switch is completed.
