WTF-2000T AE-2 Oil Analyzer in WaterIt is designed for continuous automatic monitoring of petroleum hydrocarbons, nature, and wastewater. The instrument includes a sample preparation unit and a WTF-3000 luminescence detector. The sample preparation unit provides metering of water feed and switching between water and reagent streams, temperature control, stirring, and mass exchange processes. The detector (or photovoltaic cell) is used to detect the luminescence of water quality and petroleum hydrocarbons extracted from samples using chromatographic membrane technology.

A special variant modified for monitoring the high risk of pollution in wastewater or natural water bodies. The analyzer is installed and fixed, and uses a controlled built-in microprocessor or external PC. In a separate operating mode, the selected reaction sequence can be assigned from the built-in keyboard. The firmware allows for any sequence of operations to allocate system components and changes in flow rate from 0.02 to 20 milliliters per minute. The instrument is equipped with a 4-20 mA current loop and RS485 computer interface, customized report output, and remote computer control. The concentration measurement result, reaching a value of 1000, is stored in the built-in memory and displayed on the screen in milligrams per liter for the built-in color LCD touch screen. If the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons exceeds the threshold level, the alarm mode is activated and the relay station can be triggered by commands from the following analysis devices. The typical duration of a measurement cycle is 5-15 minutes (depending on the concentration of the analyzed sample).
