The WSZ buried domestic sewage treatment equipment uses activated sludge method to purify sewage. Equipment working principle: By utilizing the life activities of aerobic bacteria, the biological flocs formed by microorganisms in sewage cause suspended and colloidal organic pollutants to become unstable and flocculent, adsorb on the surface of activated sludge, degrade organic matter, and significantly reduce BOD and COD in water.
[Equipment Structure]
Composed of integrated and diversified fiberglass prefabricated components. The device is equipped with a dual function aerator with underwater aeration and water flow propulsion. When treating sewage, the sewage flows into the aeration zone from the top of the device, and the aerator aerates and stirs the sewage underwater. The incoming sewage quickly mixes with the original mixture to adapt to changes in the incoming water quality to the maximum extent. The aerator has dual functions of water flow propulsion and underwater aeration, allowing the sewage in the aeration zone to circulate regularly and rapidly increase the dissolved oxygen content in the sewage. Due to the continuous circulation of sewage in the aeration zone, the water quality at each point in the zone is relatively uniform, and the number and properties of microorganisms are basically the same. Therefore, the working conditions of each part of the aeration zone are almost the same. This controls the entire biochemical reaction under good and uniform conditions. Organic matter is gradually degraded by microorganisms, and sewage is purified.
[Equipment Features]
The WSZ buried domestic sewage treatment equipment has the following significant characteristics:
1. The structure is reasonable and compact, and can be buried underground, which is conducive to insulation. It can still operate normally in the cold winter (-30 ℃) and adapt to the vast climate environment in the north and south of China; It can also be placed in a pond, borrowing terrain to blend into the surrounding environment and reduce land occupation. No pollution, no noise, no odor, reducing secondary pollution
2. Unrestricted by sewage volume, flexible and adaptable, can be used individually or in combination with multiple. Therefore, it is suitable for installation in residential areas, tourist attractions, hotels, villas, barracks, schools and other living gathering areas nearby, without the need to lay a large number of sewage collection pipeline networks. If the water volume is large, it can also be arranged in groups for centralized treatment, and small sewage treatment plants (stations) can be built;

7. The purification efficiency is high, with a BOD removal rate of 80% to 90%. The effluent meets the second or first level (B) standards of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002), and can be discharged in compliance with the standards. At present, many customers are requesting further support for ozone strong oxidation deep treatment to meet the standards of "Water Quality Standards for Landscape Environment Water Use in Urban Wastewater Recycling" (GB/T 18921-2002) and achieve recycling.
8. The equipment is buried underground and has good water discharge effect. The surface greening rate can reach over 90%, and the sewage treatment project can be arranged as a landscape. [Model and Specifications]
The WSZ buried domestic sewage treatment equipment produced by Dingyu Environmental Protection Company has two series: WSZ-A modular and WSZ-F fiberglass, with a total of more than 30 specifications of domestic sewage treatment capacity ranging from 0.5 to 50m3/H.
WSZ-A modular design
1、 Process Description
The design of WSZ-A buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is mainly aimed at the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. The main treatment method is to use the currently mature biochemical treatment technology - contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are designed according to the general domestic water quality, with inlet BOD of 20Omg/l and outlet BOD of 20mg/l. It consists of six parts: (1) primary sedimentation tank; (2) Contact oxidation tank; (3) Secondary sedimentation tank; (4) Disinfection pool and disinfection device; (5) Sludge tank; (6) Fan room, fans;
The underground domestic sewage treatment equipment is discussed as follows:
(1) Primary sedimentation tank: The primary sedimentation tank of the buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is a vertical flow sedimentation tank, and the upward flow velocity of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7 mm/s. The settled sludge is lifted to the sludge tank by air. (Note: WSZ-A O.5-5m3/h does not have a primary sedimentation tank)
(2) Contact oxidation tank: After initial sedimentation, the water flows automatically to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three stages with a total residence time of more than 1 hour. The contact oxidation time of the enhanced equipment can reach 6 hours, and the filler is a novel trapezoidal environmentally friendly filler. Easy to form conjunctiva and not clog. The specific surface area of the water treatment filler is 160m2/m3, and the gas to water ratio in the contact tank is around 12:1. (WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h, contact cell is secondary)
(3) Secondary sedimentation tank: Biochemical wastewater flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, which consists of two vertical flow sedimentation tanks operating in parallel. The upward flow velocity is 0.3-0.4 millimeters per second. The sludge is discharged by air lifting to the sludge tank. (Note WSZ-A0.5-5mT/h, sludge flows automatically into the sludge tank)
(4) Disinfection pool and disinfection device: The disinfection pool is designed to last for 30 minutes according to the "TJI4-74" standard. If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection pool can increase the residence time to 1-1.5 hours and use solid chlorine contact dissolution disinfection method. The disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the size of the water output, achieving the goal of adding more water and more medicine, and adding less water and less medicine. Other disinfection devices can be prepared separately. (Note: If used for industrial wastewater disinfection tanks and disinfection devices, it is not necessary)
(5) Sludge tank: All sludge from the primary and secondary sedimentation tanks is transported by air to the WSZ-A sludge tank for aerobic digestion. The clear liquid from the sludge tank flows back to the contact oxidation tank for further treatment. After digestion, there is very little residual sludge, usually cleaned once every 1-2 years. The cleaning method can be to use a suction truck to extend from the inspection hole of the sludge tank into the bottom of the sludge and carry out suction and transportation. (WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h, sludge is digested anaerobically)
(6) Fan room and fan: The fan room of WSZ-A buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is located above the disinfection tank, and the inlet adopts double-layer sound insulation. The inlet has a muffler and fan filter, so there is no noise during operation. The fan adopts two L-shaped Roots blowers, which can automatically alternate operation. The operating life of a single wind turbine is about 30000 hours.

1、 Overview
The WSZ-F buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is a complete set of organic sewage treatment equipment that can be buried underground for users. Its main purpose is to make domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage meet the discharge standards required by users after being treated by the equipment. The new process combination of WSH-F equipment with fiberglass material as the main structure has taken the sewage treatment process and manufacturing to a new level.
