Function Introduction
Quantitative control flow meter is composed of flow meters (such as electromagnetic, turbine, vortex street, elliptical gear, dual rotor, Roots, orifice plate, mass flow, etc.) and WS-3000 quantitative control instrument and control circuit, which can achieve liquid quantitative feeding and quantitative output.
The WS-3000 intelligent quantitative controller is a universal controller suitable for flow display, accumulation, and control functions of various liquid media. It can input multiple flow sensor signals and has the following main features:
1. Flow input channel: capable of receiving frequency signals and various analog current signals;
2. Temperature input channel: capable of receiving various analog current signals;
3. Can provide transmitter+24V DC+ 12V DC power supply with short circuit protection function, simplifying the system and saving investment;
4. Switching output: relay output - return differential, AC220V/3A; DC24V/6A (resistive load);
5. Communication output: RS-232C,RS-485, The baud rate can be adjusted to 120024004800960Kbps;
6. Display content: cumulative flow, instantaneous, temperature, density, flow (differential current, frequency) value, clock, alarm status;
7. Control mode: Relay upper and lower limit control (or alarm) output, with hysteresis (user can freely set)
8. Alarm methods: flow upper limit, flow lower limit, temperature upper limit, temperature lower limit;
9. Printing control: Equipped with a thermal Chinese character printer, it can achieve instant or timed printing, with up to 8 timed printing times per day;
10. Power supply voltage: AC220V, AC80-265V switching power supply, DC24V switching power supply, power consumption ≤ 10W;
11. Fault tolerance function: When the temperature/density compensation measurement signal is abnormal, the corresponding manual set value is used for compensation calculation;
12. Output the current signal of the flow rate, with an update cycle of 1 second, to meet the requirements of automatic control;
13. The instrument clock and timed automatic meter reading function, as well as printing function, provide convenience for metering management;
14. Rich self checking and self diagnostic functions make the instrument easier to use and maintain;
15. The three-level password setting can prevent unauthorized personnel from changing the set data;
16. No adjustable devices such as potentiometers or coded switches are installed to improve the shock resistance, stability, and reliability of the instrument;
17. You can freely set the amount of material to be fed each time, and output a switch signal when the volume reaches the set value;
18. For low-power motors, there is no need to equip them with starting devices;

Flow meter selection:
1. Electromagnetic flow meters are generally used for quantitatively adding water, medicinal liquids, and other conductive media;
2. Quantitative addition of non-conductive and non corrosive media can use turbine flow meters;
3. Elliptical gears are generally used for quantitatively adding gasoline, diesel and other oil products;
4. Quantitative feeding requires accurate proportioning and high precision, and a quality flow meter should be selected.
