The WP-8000-EX series switch input isolation safety barrier receives switch or proximity switch signals from hazardous areas, isolates them through the safety barrier, and converts them into relay contact outputs to be transmitted to the safe area.
This isolated safety barrier requires independent power supply, with electromagnetic isolation between the power supply input circuit output circuit.

If Iin<1.2mA or Rin>10K Ω relay contact output does not excite, the yellow LED light will turn off (excited, LED light will turn on)

Line Fault Detection (LFD)
The user can select the LED red light to display whether the circuit is faulty. When the circuit is faulty, the LED red light will turn on and the relay will not be activated. Iin<100μA, Open circuit alarm; Iin>250μA, Open circuit will not alarm Rin<100 Ω, short circuit alarm; Rin>360 Ω, short circuit will not alarm. Attention: When using LFD function, two lines must be connected to detect the resistance when the switch contact is input. Connect 500 Ω to 1K Ω in series with the switch; Connect 20K Ω~25K Ω in parallel with the switch
