Overview
This sludge specific drying equipment is a device that utilizes the principle of heat conduction on the inner wall of a concave hollow blade and cylindrical machine to indirectly heat sludge and sludge in the form of paste or slurry, so as to achieve dehydration and drying of printing and dyeing sludge, industrial sludge, domestic sludge or sewage treatment sludge, reduce volume, and then comprehensively utilize and turn waste into treasure, avoiding secondary pollution. It is currently the most ideal drying equipment for sludge treatment
The sludge drying equipment uses special wedge-shaped stirring and heat transfer blades, which have high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heat transfer surface. Its structure is densely arranged with wedge-shaped hollow blades on the hollow shaft, with a high heat transfer area per unit effective volume. The heat medium can use carriers such as steam and heat transfer oil, with a temperature range of 180-230 ℃. Domestic sludge or wastewater sludge belongs to paste or slurry form. When designing sludge drying equipment, wedge-shaped blade heat transfer surfaces are used. The continuous relative motion between paste or slurry sludge and the wedge-shaped blade surface forms a scouring effect. Therefore, whether the sludge is granular, powdery, paste or slurry, the machine wedge-shaped heat transfer surface has better self-cleaning function.
Features of the equipment
- Using indirect heating method, there is no large amount of air carrying away heat, only the wet steam evaporated inside the sludge is released. The drying equipment shell is insulated with composite insulation material, which has low energy consumption and environmental pollution.
- The sludge drying equipment has a large heating area per unit volume, a small unit volume, and a small footprint.
- Wide adaptability range: firstly, it can use heating media such as steam and thermal oil; The second is that it can handle materials that require high-temperature treatment, as well as heat sensitive materials that can be vacuum treated.
- The thermal efficiency is as high as 80%~90%, and the heat transfer coefficient K is 100~300kcal/h. m2℃, evaporation capacity of 10-30kg/h.m2.℃。
- The blade structure is special and has a self-cleaning function on the heating surface.
- The machine runs reliably, has low maintenance costs, low labor intensity for workers, and is easy to operate.
- The heating time is adjustable and controllable, which can effectively remove viruses, bacteria, etc., meeting environmental protection requirements.
- The dried sludge has a high solid content (up to 90% or more).
