The WINM2P series high-precision CNC gantry mobile boring and milling machine is a multifunctional, high-power, high-speed, and high-precision CNC gantry boring and milling machine developed in cooperation between Wuzhong Group and Italy's INNSE company. The overall layout of the machine tool is a gantry frame structure, equipped with a CNC indexing boring and milling head on a movable crossbeam. The machine tool has four feed axes: the worktable moves longitudinally - X-axis, the boring and milling head moves laterally - Y-axis, the slider moves vertically - Z-axis, and the crossbeam moves vertically - W-axis. The linear feed axes of the machine tool can achieve high-speed feed, and each feed axis is a static pressure guide rail with automatic accessory and tool changing functions, as well as advanced thermal expansion compensation function. Machine tools can meet the machining requirements for high-precision and high-performance parts.

Structural features:

1. The spindle box/slider and crossbeam are equipped with hydraulic devices to balance the weight, ensuring smooth movement and maintaining good accuracy of the guide rail and ball screw;

2. The spindle head, right angle milling head, universal angle milling head and other accessory heads adopt a quick change joint form. The automatic connection and automatic replacement of the accessory head and the slider are achieved through the action of four automatic hydraulic pull accessory oil cylinders on the C-shaft sleeve end face of the lower part of the slider, with good repeatability;

3. The end faces of the C-shaft sleeve and each accessory head are equipped with various quick change connectors and quick change power plugs, which can achieve functions such as ventilation, fluid flow, power supply, and internal and external cooling of the tool between the slider and each accessory head as needed;

4. C-axis indexing uses spindle motor indexing, angle encoder detection, and high-precision gear positioning (with a position accuracy of ± 3 ") to achieve automatic indexing of various accessory milling heads around the C-axis by 1 ° to 1 °;

5. It has an automatic knife pulling function, and the hydraulic cylinder is located in the main transmission box or milling head accessory. After configuring the tool magazine on the machine tool, automatic tool changing can be achieved;

6. The machine tool slide pillow has a thermal expansion compensation function, which enables the tool to have high operating accuracy;

7. All X, Y, Z, and W axes use static pressure guide rails to ensure rigidity and smooth operation;

8. All axes are detected using a grating ruler to achieve closed-loop control.
