Our factory produces three types of constant temperature baths: ordinary type (WHC), precision type (WHJ), and high-precision type (WHGJ). Each type is further divided into low-temperature constant temperature baths, high-low temperature constant temperature baths, and high-temperature constant temperature baths.
1. Ordinary constant temperature bath: mainly used for product testing in the laboratory. For example, drop hammer tear test for ferritic steel; Low temperature testing of aviation instruments under vacuum conditions; The polymerization reaction of chemical materials; It can also be used as a constant temperature source in product testing or production processes, and so on.
2. Precision constant temperature bath: The precision constant temperature bath is used for calibrating temperature gauges in manufacturing plants. Require a large slot area, allowing dozens of thermometers to be inserted into the slot simultaneously; requirement
The temperature of the medium should be uniform and stable, and its fluctuation and uniformity should reach about 1/5 to 1/10 of the instrument division value to ensure the consistency of instrument accuracy (assessed according to the "tank density B" level of the constant temperature bath).
3. High precision constant temperature bath: High precision constant temperature bath is used for calibrating standard temperature gauges in metrology departments
Its fluctuation and uniformity are both within ± 0.01 ° C (assessed according to the "precision A" level of the constant temperature bath).

●High precision: The temperature fluctuation and uniformity inside the working groove can meet or exceed the requirements of the calibration regulations.
●Strong adaptability: The effective working area size of the slot is relatively large, which basically does not affect the testing of the tested component. If there are special requirements for the size of the effective workspace, it can also be customized according to the requirements. Meanwhile, the constant temperature bath does not have any specific requirements for the surrounding environmental conditions. As long as it is installed in a place where the staff can work normally.
