Common faults of WD-HW2 high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer
1、 Turn on the power supply of the WD-HW2 high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer detection device. The light on the switch is not on, there is no indication of the upper and lower temperatures, and the fuse is broken. Replace the fuse.
2、 If there is data transmission in the serial, but the carbon pool or sulfur display signal value is abnormal, how to check it? Let's introduce it below:
If the data shows 2V or greater, it is certain that there is a problem with the 7135 chip or its peripheral circuit on the corresponding A/D sampling plate.
If the WD-HW2 high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer displays very small data below 0.05V, it is possible that there is a problem with the light source or modulation motor in the corresponding measurement cell. At this point, you can first observe whether the voltage of these two in the F2 function is normal. You can check whether the motor is normal or not by holding it down with your hand to see if there is any slight vibration.
If the data on the screen is jumping, a digital multimeter should be used to detect it simultaneously. If the multimeter displays normal numbers, it indicates that there is a problem with the components on the sampling board. If the data measured by the multimeter is also abnormal, it is possible that there is a problem with the front placement board.
3、 The WD-HW2 high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer is turned on in the carbon and sulfur data boxes, and the carbon and sulfur pool values do not change. The occurrence of such faults is generally caused by the lack of serial data. The inspection method is as follows: Infrared carbon sulfur analyzer is mainly used for the analysis of carbon and sulfur element content in black metals, non-ferrous metals, rare earth metal inorganic substances, ores, ceramics and other substances in metallurgy, machinery, commercial inspection, scientific research, chemical industry and other industries. This article shares some fault causes and troubleshooting methods of infrared carbon sulfur analyzer.
1. Turn off the power and check that the serial connection plug is not loose. Unplug the connection and reconnect it. No data transmission continues after turning on the power.
2. Turn off all power sources and repeat the "steps from power on to normal operation" multiple times, but the signal data still does not display on the screen.
3. Use an extended circuit board to lead out the motherboard from the control box, and use a multimeter to measure whether the 5V power supply of the motherboard is normal. If it is not normal, check the power board. It is possible that the three chips on the motherboard, 89C51, GAL, and 232, are damaged.
4. The above checks are all normal. You can turn on the power and observe the data in the carbon data box on the screen, which indicates that the A/D7135 chip and its peripheral circuit corresponding to the carbon pool are good. On the contrary, it may be caused by problems with the components on the sampling board or the 8155 chip on the motherboard, poor ± 5V power supply for A/D, or reverse insertion of the printed circuit board.
During the inspection process of the infrared carbon sulfur analyzer as described above, if it is determined that there are problems with the chips or power supply, the solution is to replace the chips or the corresponding printed circuit board.
